SONOFIRE

SONOFIRE
Purpose
Designed to provide fire resistance, structural strength, and airtight sealing of joints in smoke extraction systems, ventilation systems, and fire protection constructions.
Description
SONOFIRE is a fire-resistant composite adhesive based on silicate components, designed to create strong and heat-resistant bonds. The composition includes heat-resistant fillers and special additives that provide high adhesion to metal and silicate materials. After curing, it forms a rigid and durable bond resistant to mechanical stress and high temperatures. Ensures structural integrity under fire exposure for up to 2 hours.
Application
- bonding and sealing of smoke extraction system elements
- installation of ventilation ducts
- fire protection constructions
- sealing joints in systems with increased fire resistance requirements
- metal and silicate structures
Delivery Forms
Bucket: 6 kg / 25 kg, ready-to-use compound
Consumption: ≈ 300–400 g/m² (depending on layer thickness and application method)
Operating temperature: up to +1050°C
