SONO-ECO – Non-Combustible Fiberglass Mat for Thermal & Acoustic Insulation

SONO-ECO
Purpose
To provide high-performance thermal insulation, soundproofing (and airborne noise control), and vibration damping for construction and industrial applications. Core insulation layer for SONOTIZ systems.
Description
ONO-ECO mats are made entirely from E-glass fiberglass using a mechanical pressing method without binders. The material is non-flammable (A1 class), non-toxic, lightweight, flexible, and durable. It retains properties up to 650°C and offers excellent soundproofing and thermal efficiency. Hypoallergenic and environmentally safe.
Application
- Thermal and sound insulation of floors, walls, ceilings, roofs
- Insulation of elevator shafts, ventilation ducts, piping, and heating systems
- Residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Ideal for recording studios, soundproof cabins and noise-sensitive installations
Delivery Forms
Rolls: 1 m x 5 m
Thickness: 7 mm or 10 mm ±15%
Density: 100–145 kg/m³
Surface: 5 m²/roll
Store in a dry place. Avoid liquid penetration. Shelf life: 12 months.
Overview
SONO-ECO is a high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation mat engineered from 100% E-glass fiberglass, free from binders and resins. Mechanically compressed for stability and uniformity, this eco-friendly material delivers outstanding sound absorption, thermal efficiency, and vibration damping. It is rated A1 non-combustible and remains stable at temperatures up to 650°C, making it ideal for projects requiring both fire safety and effective insulation. Lightweight, hypoallergenic, and durable, SONO-ECO serves as the core insulation component in many SONOTIZ multilayer systems for residential, commercial, and industrial use.
Key Benefits of SONO-ECO Insulation
